Welcome to the 2020-2021 Application Page
(Applications submitted after July 15th will be considered in the November disbursement)
1. You must complete your application once you begin. If you leave the application and return later, you will have to start over. So, please have all required documents prepared before you begin.
2. Do not use the web browser back buttons (back, forward or close browser). Use the buttons within the application process to navigate.
3. For best results use the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explore or Safari. Enable cookies.

Preparation: If you have not already done so, please take a minute to review the critical information here: “General Information”
Paperwork: Be sure to have all documents you may need to upload at the time of the application. You can find what documents you may need on the “General Information” page. We will only accept documents in pdf format. You can create these documents from this free program: “Acrobat Reader DC”
Process: Once you enter the Application process you will be guided through five sections. Once each section is completed, select the “Next Step" icon at the bottom left side of the page to proceed to the next section. These sections are:
Section #1. Your Information
Section #2. Your Children
Section #3. Your Financial Information
Section #4. Your Hardship Information
Section #5. Your Documents
Proper Submission: Once you have completed all five sections”, you will see the “Complete Your Application” button. Select that to submit your application. You will be taken directly to the “Applicant Portal”. You can review your information there and update it if necessary. You can log back in to the “Application Portal” at any time with your username and password. You will get a Welcome Email once we process your file. That typically takes several weeks, but may be a little longer in May.Please proceed to complete the new 2020-2021 TOPS application
