Re-application Process


The 2018-19 Reapply page is down for reconstruction for the 2019-20 school year.
If you still need to Reapply for 2018-19 send an email to and we will send you an re-application to complete. Thank you.
People who should apply here: Only those who have a current application with TOPS. If you have not applied with TOPS for several years, have not received a scholarship from TOPS, it is possible your application has either been inactivated or deleted. If you are not sure, please call (480) 414-8677 to be sure you are still in our system.

Preparation: If you have not read through the email that was sent to you yet, please take a minute to review the information or look here to see the content of the email: “Re-applicant Information

Paperwork: Be sure to have all necessary documents to upload at the time of the application or the application will not be accepted. You can find what documents you may need on the “General Information” page. If you do not have these documents, please gather those documents first before proceeding with the application.

Process: Once you enter the Application process you will be guided through five sections. Once each section is completed, select the “button” at the bottom left side of the page to proceed to the next section. These sections are:

Section #1. Personal Information

Section #2. Child Applicant Information

Section #3. Household and Financial Information & Agreement Statements

Section #4. Financial Hardship Information

Section #5. Document Uploads

Proper submission: Once you have completed all sections, at the end of Section 5, “Document Uploads”, you will see the “Submit Application” button. Select that to submit your application. Once it is submit properly, you will see a “Thank You” page, and you will receive an email informing you that your application was submitted successfully.

(Please note you cannot go back to a section once it has been completed. If you find you have mistakenly entered the wrong information you will have to start the process all over again. So, please be careful. If you realize you need to correct some information after the application has been sent you can send the correction information to ).
