Re-application 2018-2019 begin May 1
 
 Preparation: If you have not read through the email that was sent to you yet, please take a minute to review the information or look here to see the content of the email: “Re-applicant Information
 
Paperwork: Be sure to have all necessary documents to upload at the time of the application or the application will not be accepted. You can find what documents you may need on the “General Information” page. If you do not have these documents, please gather those documents first before proceeding with the application.
 
Process: Once you enter the Application process you will be guided through five sections. Once each section is completed, select the “button” at the bottom left side of the page to proceed to the next section. These sections are:
 
Section #1. Personal Information
Section #2. Child Applicant Information
Section #3. Household and Financial Information & Agreement Statements
Section #4. Financial Hardship Information
Section #5. Document Uploads

Proper submission: Once you have completed all sections, at the end of Section 5, “Document Uploads”, you will see the “Submit Application” button. Select that to submit your application. Once it is submit properly, you will see a “Thank You” page, and you will receive an email informing you that your application was submitted successfully.

 
(Please note you cannot go back to a section once it has been completed. If you find you have mistakenly entered the wrong information you will have to start the process all over again. So, please be careful. If you realize you need to correct some information after the application has been sent you can send the correction information to services@topsforkids.com ).
 

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT:

1. DO NOT USE THE BROWSER BACK KEY OR REFRESH KEY WHEN COMPLETING THE APPLICATION. YOU MAY LOSE ALL DATA AND HAVE TO RESTART THE APPLICATION PROCESS 
 
2. If your browser locks up, you may need to exit the browser, clear your history, and start over.
 
3. This application will time out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
 
 APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER January 16, 2018 WILL BE CONSIDERED IN THE MAY DISBURSEMENTS
